A self-care mindfulness course through the creative process
This 3-week course is designed to tune you into the power and practice of mindfulness. We will take the chaos and busy-ness out and let the creativity and calm into our daily life. Basic materials are needed and no art experience is necessary. Some of the lessons include:
- getting in touch with nature
- listening and focusing
- seeing through your photographs
- going beyond the "pretty picture"
- getting our hands messy
This course is full of fun projects. All were created for the person that "can't find time" and is in need of "self-care".
